SUBJECT: Reporting
DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7896:
1. Accept the conciliation agreement, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated May 10, 2021.
2. Approve the appropriate letter.
3. Close the file.

a. Open a MUR.
b. Find reason to believe that Integrity NJ and Kathleen Donohue in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(g)(1) and (2).
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated February 5, 2020.
d. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated February 5, 2020, subject to a correction to the second sentence in the first paragraph of the Conciliation Agreement to change the citation from 52 U.S.C. § 30116(g)(1) to 52 U.S.C. § 30104(g)(1).
e. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:
a. Open a MUR.
b. Find reason to believe that Integrity NJ and Kathleen Donohue in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(g)(1) and (2).
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated February 5, 2020.
d. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, subject to edits circulated by Commissioner Cooksey’s Office at 4:51 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2021 and subject to any corrections as noted by Commissioner Weintraub at the table.
e. Approve the appropriate letter.
