DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7881: 1. Find no reason to believe that Arnold Schwarzenegger violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A) by making an excessive individual contribution. 2. Find no reason to believe that the USC Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) by making a prohibited corporate contribution. 3. Find no reason to believe that Conyers Davis, Carol Folt, Dana Goldman, and Christian Grose, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) by consenting to prohibited corporate contributions. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 20, 2021, subject to the edits as last circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s Office on July 25, 2022, at 7:42 a.m. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
