a. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, the allegations that Jobs and Progress Fund, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104 by failing to register and report as a political committee.
b. Find no reason to believe that Vaughn Church, Thomas Norris, and Mark Miller violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104 in their individual or official capacities.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 27, 2021, subject to the edits circulated by Chair Broussard’s Office on October 25, 2021.
