Dismiss the allegation that Alan Cohn violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f). 3. Dismiss the allegation that House Victory Project 2020 and Judith Zamore in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a). 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 5, 2021 and subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Cooksey’s Office on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 12:35 p.m. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
