a. Find no reason to believe that Twitter, Inc., violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(b) by making a corporate in-kind contribution.
b. Find no reason to believe that Biden for President and Andrea Wise in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30104(b)(3)(A), 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(a), 114.2(d) by receiving and failing to report a corporate in- kind contribution.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General’s Counsel’s Report dated September 10, 2021, subject to the edits last circulated by Chairman Dickerson’s Office on March 18, 2022 at 3:25 p.m., and subject to the further edit described at the table.
d. Close the file.
