Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General’s Counsel’s Report dated September 10, 2021, subject to the edits last circulated by Chairman Dickerson’s Office on March 18, 2022 at 3:25 p.m., and subject to the further edit described at the table. d. Close the file.
