SUBJECT: Contributions
DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7767:
1. Accept the signed conciliation agreement with Hall for Congress
and David Gould in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Acting General Counsel dated November 24, 2020.
2. Approve the appropriate letter.
3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0, subject to the Errata Memorandum dated October 9, 2019, to take the following actions in Audit Referral 19-02:
1. Open a MUR.
2. Find reason to believe that Hall for Congress and David Gould in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.9.
3. Enter into the conciliation with Hall for Congress and David Gould in his official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe.
4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 6, 2019.
5. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 6, 2019, . . . REDACTED . . . .
