Find no reason to believe that Undivided Purpose and Victoria Perrone in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated November 18, 2020, subject to the edits as circulated by Chairman Dickerson’s Office on March 1, 2022 at 3:36 p.m. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
