DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions, subject to the Notice of Errata dated October 13, 2020, in MUR 7710: 1. Find no reason to believe that Wesley Hunt, Hunt for Congress and Cabell Hobbs in his official capacity as treasurer, and Perry Homes Building Company/Perry Homes LLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated October 1, 2020, subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Cooksey's Office on September 23, 2021 at 1:24 p.m. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
