DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to:
a. Dismiss with caution allegations that Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC and Coleman American Moving Services, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118 by making in-kind contributions.
b. Dismiss with caution allegations that Jeff Coleman and Jeff Coleman for Congress, Inc. and Joseph Johnson in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30118 by accepting in-kind contributions.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 14, 2020.
d. Approve the appropriate letters.
e. Close the file.

a. Dismiss allegations that Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC and Coleman American Moving Services, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118 by making in-kind contributions.
b. Dismiss allegations that Jeff Coleman and Jeff Coleman for Congress, Inc. and Joseph Johnson in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30118 by accepting in-kind contributions.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 14, 2020, subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Cooksey’s Office on November 8, 2021 at 12:57 p.m. and further subject to the additional edit of removing the reference of cautionary letters on page 2, line 6, and footnote 43.
d. Approve the appropriate letters.
e. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:
a. Dismiss the allegations that Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC and Coleman American Moving Services, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118 by making in-kind contributions.
b. Dismiss the allegations that Jeff Coleman and Jeff Coleman for Congress, Inc. and Joseph Johnson in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30118 by accepting in-kind contributions.
c. Approve the appropriate letters.
d. Close the file.
