DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7688: 1. Find no reason to believe that Media Power Group, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(b) by making prohibited in-kind corporate contributions in connection with the radio show. 2. Find no reason to believe that Aníbal Acevedo-Vilá and Aníbal Comisionado 2020 and Jose Luis Mendoza in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(d) by accepting prohibited in-kind corporate contributions in connection to the radio show and book tour. 3. Find no reason to believe that Aníbal Comisionado 2020 and Jose Luis Mendoza in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a) by failing to report in-kind contributions in connection with the radio show and book tour. 4. Find no reason to believe that Aníbal Acevedo-Vilá violated 52 U.S.C.§ 30102(e)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 101.1(a) by failing to timely file a Statement of Candidacy with the Commission. 5. Find no reason to believe that Aníbal Comisionado 2020 and Jose Luis Mendoza in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30103(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.1(a) by failing to timely file a Statement of Organization with the Commission. 6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated November 23, 2020, subject to the technical edits circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s Office on April 5, 2022 at 12:57 P.M. and as further amended by the edits discussed by Commissioner Cooksey at the table. 7. Approve the appropriate letters. 8. Close the file.
