DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to:
a. Dismiss the allegation that Christine O’Donnell and Friends of Christine O’Donnell and Christopher M. Marston in his official capacity as treasurer are about to violate 52 U.S.C.
§ 30114(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 113.1(g)(3).
b. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated April 6, 2020, and subject to the correction of the ALM name made at the table by the Office of General Counsel.
c. Approve the appropriate letters.
d. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-2 to:
a. Find no reason to believe that Christine O’Donnell and Friends of Christine O’Donnell and Christopher M. Marston in his official capacity as treasurer are about to violate 52 U.S.C.
§ 30114(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 113.1(g)(3).
b. Approve the appropriate letters.
c. Close the file.
