DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to: a. Dismiss the allegations that Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official as capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30122. b. Issue a letter of caution to Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official capacity as treasurer. c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 13, 2021 as to Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official capacity as treasurer. d. Approve the appropriate letters as to Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official capacity as treasurer. e. Close the file as to Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official capacity as treasurer.
The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to: a. Find reason to believe that Chad Price violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(a) and 30122. b. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft an appropriate conciliation agreement that would include a $2,000 penalty. c. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft an appropriate Factual and Legal Analysis as to Chad Price. d. Direct the Office of General Counsel to enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with Chad Price, after circulating the conciliation agreement on an informational basis to the Commission. e. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to: a. Dismiss the allegations that Chad Price violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(a) and 30122. b. Dismiss the allegations that Judson Hill for Congress and Chris D. Clayton in his official capacity violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(f) and 30122. c. Close the file as to the Respondents. d. Approve the appropriate letters.
