f. Find reason to believe the North Dakota Republican Party and the Wyoming Republican Party, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(a) and (b) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a) and (b).
g. Find reason to believe that the Republican National Committee and Anthony W. Parker in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 109.20(a) and 109.32.
h. Find reason to believe that Donald J. Trump For President, Inc. and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 109.20(a) and 109.32.
i. Take no action at this time with regard to the alleged violations of 52 U.S.C. §§ 30116(a)(8) and 30122 and 11 C.F.R. §§ 110.4 and 110.6 against all Respondents.
j. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft an appropriate Factual and Legal Analysis based on the findings made in this motion.
