DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7568:
1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Alpha Marine Services Holdings, LLC, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated September 27, 2019.
2. Find no reason to believe that Congressional Leadership Fund and
Caleb Crosby in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C.§ 30119(a)(2).
3. Approve the appropriate letters.
4. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7568:
1. Find reason to believe that Alpha Marine Services Holdings, LLC, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30119(a)(1) by making a federal government contractor contribution.
2. Take no action at this time with respect to Congressional Leadership Fund and Caleb Crosby in his official capacity as treasurer.
3. Authorize pre-probable cause conciliation with Alpha Marine Services Holdings, LLC.
4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 13, 2019, subject to the edit circulated by Vice Chairman Petersen’s Office on August 15, 2019 at 1:15 p.m.
5. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 13, 2019.
6. Approve the appropriate letter.
