DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7541: 1. Dismiss the allegation that the Columbus Metropolitan Club violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) in connection with its sponsorship of the candidate debate. 2. Dismiss the allegations that Rick Neal for Congress and Jason H. Calhoun in his official capacity as treasurer and Stivers for Congress and Matthew J. Yuskewich in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) in connection with the candidate debate. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated July 3, 2019. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
