DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7506: 1. Find no reason to believe Sean Patrick Maloney for Congress and Holly Giarraputo in her official capacity as treasurer and Maloney for New York violated 52 U.S.C. § 30125(e)(1)(B) by transferring funds from Sean Patrick Maloney for Congress to Maloney for New York. 2. Dismiss the allegation that Maloney for New York violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(f) by failing to report electioneering communications. 3. Find no reason to believe that Maloney for New York violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104 by failing to organize, register and report as a political committee. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated July 19, 2019, subject to the edits circulated by the Office of General Counsel on April 15, 2021 at 11:52 a.m. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
