The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to approve the Subpoenas to Produce Documents and Orders to Submit Written Answers directed to Keep El Paso Honest and Lindsey Workman in her official capacity as treasurer and Carlos Sierra, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Acting General Counsel dated August 27, 2019.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MURs 7321, 7335, 7359, and 7473:
1. Find reason to believe that Keep El Paso Honest and Lindsey Workman in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C.§ 30104(a), (b), and (g), and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.4 and 109.10(d).
2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 5, 2018, subject to the edits circulated via email on June 3, 2019 at 11:14 a.m. by the offices of Vice Chairman Petersen and Commissioner Hunter.
3. Approve the use of compulsory process.
4. Approve the appropriate letters.
