Authorize conciliation with For Our Future and Sky Gallegos in her official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. d. Approve the proposed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 28, 2018. e. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 28, 2018. f. Approve the appropriate letter.
