DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 2-2 to:
a. Find reason to believe that Julio Gonzalez for Congress and Eric Robinson in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(a) and (d).
b. Approve compulsory process.
c. Direct the Office of General Counsel to amend the Factual and Legal Analysis accordingly.
The Commission failed by a vote of 2-2 to:
a. Dismiss the allegation that Julio Gonzalez for Congress and Eric Robinson in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) by accepting an excessive contribution.
b. Dismiss the allegation that Julio Gonzalez violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) by accepting an excessive contribution.
c. Dismiss the allegation that Winston Arabitg violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A) by making an excessive contribution.
d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 24, 2019.
e. Approve the appropriate letters.
f. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to:
a. Close the file.
b. Send the appropriate letters.
