1. Find reason to believe that Blue Magnolia Investments, LLC violated 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(g)(5).
2. Find reason to believe the allegation that Highway 76 LLC violated 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(g)(5).
3. Find reason to believe that DefendArizona and Benjamin Ottenhoff in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(g)(2) and (4).
4. Dismiss the allegation that Blue Magnolia Investments, LLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122.
