1. Find no reason to believe that Twitter, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30104(c) or 30118 by making prohibited in-kind corporate contributions or failing to disclose independent expenditures.
2. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to:
1. Adopt the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 7, 2019, as last circulated by Vice Chair Dickerson’s Office on August 9, 2021 at 3:10 p.m. and subject to the additional edits emailed by Chair Broussard’s Office on August 10, 2021 at 9:01 a.m.
2. Close the file.
