a. Find reason to believe that Outsider PAC and Julie Dozier in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. ยงยง 30116(a), 30118(a), and 30104(b) by republishing campaign materials prepared by John James for Senate, Inc.
b. Find reason to believe that Outsider PAC and Julie Dozier in her official capacity as treasurer violated the Act by making and failing to report a coordinated in-kind contribution to John James for Senate, Inc.
c. Find reason to believe that John James for Senate, Inc., and Timothy Caughlin, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated the Act by accepting and failing to report coordinated in-kind contributions from Outsider PAC.
d. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft a corresponding Factual and Legal Analysis.
e. Approve the use of compulsory process.
f. Approve the appropriate letters.

Dismiss the allegations in this matter as a matter of prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney.
