DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7428: 1. Find no reason to believe that Bingham Group, Inc., Lisa Bingham, James Matlock, Matlock for Congress and Mark Hackney in his official capacity as treasurer, Mark Hackney, Matlock Tire Service, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 18, 2018, subject to the edits circulated via email on February 19, 2019 at 6:20 p.m. by the office of Commissioner Petersen. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
