Find no reason to believe that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Daniel Sena in his official capacity as treasurer and Jason Crow for Congress and Kristen Bear in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(4) by failing to report disbursements. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 11, 2018. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
