DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7338: 1. Dismiss the allegations that Rick for Congress and Brenda Hankins in her official capacity as treasurer, Friends of Rick Saccone and Nicolas Racculia in his official capacity as treasurer, and Rick Saccone violated the Act and Commission regulations, pursuant to the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated June 11, 2018, and the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file as to all respondents.
