DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to:
a. Take no further action against Libertarian Party of Miami Dade, but instruct it of its obligation to refund or disgorge a $100 prohibited contribution it received from Pierre Crevaux.
b. Take no further action against Libertarian Party of Florida and Richard Perez in his official capacity as treasurer.
c. Take no further action as to Pierre Crevaux.
d. Dismiss the allegations as to Marcos Miralles.
e. Approve the appropriate letters.
f. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:
a. Take no further action against Libertarian Party of Miami Dade.
b. Take no further action against Libertarian Party of Florida and Richard Perez in his official capacity as treasurer.
c. Take no further action as to Pierre Crevaux.
d. Dismiss the allegations as to Marcos Miralles.
e. Approve the appropriate letters.
f. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to:
1. Find reason to believe that Pierre Crevaux, the Libertarian Party of Miami-Dade, and the Libertarian Party of Florida and James C. Morris in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a).
2. Take no action at this time as to whether Marcos Miralles violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a)(2).
3. Authorize the use of compulsory process, as necessary.
4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 19, 2018, and as last circulated by Chair Weintraub’s Office on July 11, 2019 at 1:50 p.m. and further modified at the table.
5. Approve the appropriate letters.

b. Take no action at this time as to whether Marcos Miralles violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a)(2).
c. Authorize the use of compulsory process, as necessary.
d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 19, 2018, subject to the deletion of footnote 2 from the Crevaux Factual and Legal Analysis.
e. Approve the appropriate letters.
