DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7307: 1. Find no reason to believe that Frederick “Fred” Costello and Fred Costello for Congress and Steve Tacinelli in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30101(2). 2. Dismiss the allegations that Frederick “Fred” Costello and Fred Costello for Congress and Steve Tacinelli in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120 and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11, pursuant to the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated May 7, 2018 and the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file as to all Respondents.
