DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7281: 1. Dismiss the allegations that Mackenzie for Congress and Joel Jukus in his official capacity as treasurer, Citizens for Ryan Mackenzie and Lisa Walter in her official capacity as treasurer, or Ryan E. Mackenzie violated the Act and Commission regulations, pursuant to the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated March 13, 2018 and the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file as to all Respondents.
