DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7270: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Comite Pierluisi, Inc. and Hector Del Rio Jimenez in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated July 11, 2018. 2. Approve the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-1 to take the following actions in RADREF 17L-05: 1. Open a MUR. 2. Find reason to believe that Comite Pierluisi, Inc. and Hector Del Rio Jimenez, in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 23, 2017. 4. Enter into conciliation with Comite Pierluisi, Inc. and Hector Del Rio Jimenez, in his official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. 5. Approve the conciliation agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 23, 2017. 6. Approve the appropriate letter.
