The Commission failed by a vote of 2-2 to: a. Dismiss the allegations that Jill Stein for President and Steven Welzer in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a)(2). b. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated March 2, 2018 subject to the Factual and Legal Analysis circulated by the Offices of Commissioners Hunter and Petersen on July 27, 2018. c. Approve the appropriate letters. d. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to: a. Close the file. b. Send the appropriate letters.
