Dismiss the allegation that Independent Women’s Voice violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(c) by failing to report independent expenditures. c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated January 21, 2020, subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s Office on January 24, 2021 at 10:42 p.m. d. Authorize compulsory process. e. Approve the appropriate letters.
