Dismiss the allegation that Sean Braddy and Kim Braddy, and Sean Braddy for US Senate and Kim Braddy in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(b)(3) and send a letter of caution. 3. Dismiss the allegations that Sean Braddy for US Senate and Kim Braddy in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(h)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 103.3 and send a letter of caution. 4. Dismiss the allegation that Sean Braddy for US Senate and Kim Braddy in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30123 and 11 C.F.R. § 110.4(c)(2) and send a letter of caution. 5. Dismiss the allegation that Sean Braddy for US Senate and Kim Braddy in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(a) and (b) and send a letter of caution. 6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 21, 2017, subject to the edits last circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s office on November 14, 2017 and to the extent there have been and changes at the table, incorporate that discussion as well. 7. Approve the appropriate letters. 8. Close the file.
