DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7022: 1. Find no reason to believe that Bernie 2016 and Susan Jackson in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(e)(3). 2. Find no reason to believe that Flores for Congress and Norberto J. Cisneros in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f). 3. Find no reason to believe that Bernie 2016 and Susan Jackson in her official capacity as treasurer or Flores for Congress and Norberto J. Cisneros in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120(a). 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated February 21, 2019, subject to Chair Weintraub’s March 4, 2019 edit. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
