DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6996: 1. Find no reason to believe that Amy Emerick-Clerkin violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b)(1). 2. Find no reason to believe that Peter Clerkin violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b)(1). 3. Find no reason to believe that A Whole Lot of People for Grijalva Congressional Committee and Maya Castillo in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b). 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 4, 2016. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
