Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated March 7, 2016.

Trump, and Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and Timothy Jost in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) in connection with allegations regarding Extra Mile, Inc. c. Dismiss the allegation that Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and Timothy Jost in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(8).
The Commission decided by a vote of 4-2 to: a. Dismiss the allegation that Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and Timothy Jost in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 52 U.S.C. § and 30104(b)(8).
