DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6956: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Espaillat for Congress and Rafael Lantigua in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Acting Associate General Counsel for Enforcement and the Deputy Associate General Counsel dated November 17, 2015. 2. Approve the appropriate letter. 3. Close the file.
