DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6953: 1. Dismiss the allegation that McSally for Congress and Paul Kilgore in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(c) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.7(b) pursuant to the Commission’s prosecutorial discretion under Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel’s Report dated September 28, 2017. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file as to all Respondents.
