Find no reason to believe that O’Malley for President and Terry Lee Lierman in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f). 3. Find no reason to believe that Martin O’Malley violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f). 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 14, 2017, as last circulated by Commissioner Petersen’s Office on February 6, 2019 at 5:36 p.m. and further edited at the table on February 7, 2019. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
