COMPLAINANT: Seaman, John D.

SUBJECT: Contributions-Prohibited

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to: 1. Find no reason to believe that Sanje Sedera and the Committee to Elect Sanje Sedera accepted a prohibited in-kind contribution in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a)(2) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441e(a)(2)). 2. Find no reason to believe that Malraj de Silva made a prohibited in- kind contribution in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30121(a)(1) (formerly 2 U.S.C. 441e(a)(1)). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated September 17, 2014, with edits last circulated by Chairman Goodman's Office and Commissioner Weintraub's Office and as discussed at the Table.4. Authorize technical and conforming edits. 5. Approve the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
