DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6804: 1. Find no reason to believe that the Committee to Elect Randall Olsen and Randall Olsen in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30103, 30104(a). 2. Find no reason to believe that Randall W. Olsen violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, and Commission regulations. 3. Dismiss the allegation that the Committee to Elect Randall Olsen and Randall Olsen in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120(a)(1). 4. Find no reason to believe that North Park Prescription Pharmacy, Inc., violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, and Commission regulations. 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated May 17, 2016, and the appropriate letters. 6. Close the file.
