DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MURs 6799 and 6842: 1. Dismiss the allegation that Scaturro for Congress and Nancy Collier in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(a)(1), (b)(1) and (c)(2)(i)-(iii), as a matter of prosecutorial discretion. See Heckler v. Chaney, 470 U.S. 821 (1985). 2. Find no reason to believe the allegation that Frank Scaturro violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, and Commission regulations. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated October 6, 2015, and the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
