DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 3-3 to: a. Find reason to believe that Terri Lynn Land and Terri Lynn Land for Senate and Kathy Vosbury in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) or 30118 (formerly 2 U.S.C. §441a(f) or 441b). b. Take no action at this time with respect to PURE PAC and Mary Doster in her official capacity as treasurer; Americans for Prosperity; the Republican National Committee and Anthony Parker in his official capacity as treasurer; and the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Stan Huckaby in his official capacity as treasurer. c. Authorize the use of compulsory process in this matter. d. Approve the appropriate letters.

Find no reason to believe that the Republican National Committee and Anthony Parker in his official capacity as treasurer, and the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Stan Huckaby in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)). c. Find no reason to believe that Terri Lynn Land and Terri Lynn Land for Senate and Kathy Vosbury in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) or 30118 (formerly 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(f) or 441b). d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated October 15, 2014, subject to the edits as last circulated by Commissioner Hunter's Office on December 15, 2014. e.
