COMPLAINANT:

SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 6767: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Central Valley Independent PAC and Ross Allen, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum from the Office of General Counsel dated June 26, 2014. 2. Approve the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:1. Open a MUR. 2. Find reason to believe that Central Valley Independent PAC and Ross Allen, Jr. in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. ยงยง 434(b) and (g)(1)(B). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated November 22, 2013. 4. Enter into conciliation with Central Valley Independent PAC and Ross Allen, Jr. in his official capacity as treasurer, prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. 5. Approve the conciliation agreement as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated November 22, 2013. 6. Approve the appropriate letter.
