DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6762: 1. Dismiss the allegation that Pridemore for Congress and Tricia Pridemore in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30111(a)(4) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 438(a)(4)) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.15. 2. Approve the Factual & Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated March 31, 2015, subject to the edits last circulated via email by the office of Chair Ravel, and the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file.
