The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6738: 1. Find reason to believe that Johnathan W. Broyhill knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. § 439a(b). 2. Enter into conciliation agreement with Jonathan W. Broyhill prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. 3. Approve the conciliation agreement with Jonathan W. Broyhill, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 14, 2014. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 14, 2014 subject to the edits last circulated via email by Commissioner Weintraub's Office and authorize the Office of General Counsel to make any necessary technical and conforming edits. 5. Approve the appropriate letters.
