Find reason to believe that Specialty Investment Group, Inc., violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. c. Find reason to believe that Kingston Pike Development, LLC violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. d. Find reason to believe that Freedom Works for America violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. e. Find reason to believe that Richard J. Stephenson violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. f. Find reason to believe that Adam Brandon violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122. g. Take no action at this time as to the allegation that Specialty Investment Group, Inc. and Kingston Pike Development, LLC, violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30102, 30103, and 30104 by failing to register as political committees. h. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated June 6, 2014 subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Ravel's Office on July 27, 2015 at 3:11 PM and recirculated on October 26, 2015 at 6:57 PM. i. Authorize the use of compulsory process. j. Approve the appropriate letters.
