DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions: 1. Find no reason to believe that Heidi for Texas Campaign, Inc. and Heidi Thiess violated 52 U.S.C. § 30125(f)(1) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441i(f)(1)) and 11 C.F.R. § 300.71, 52 U.S.C. § 30120 (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 441d) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(a), and 52 U.S.C. § 30104(c) (formerly 2 U.S.C. § 434(c)). 2 . Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated October 22, 2014 subject to the edits last circulated by Commissioner Petersen's Office. 3. Authorize the Office of General Counsel to make any technical and conforming edits. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
