DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6646: 1. Find no reason to believe that Matthew Doheny violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(b)(1). 2. Find no reason to believe that David Hilty violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(b)(1). 3. Dismiss the matter as to Strickland for Congress 2012 and Lysa Ray in her official capacity as treasurer. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated December 14, 2015 and subject to the edits last circulated by Commissioner Petersen's Office on February 22, 2016 at 4:22 p.m.; and the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
