DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6630: 1. Dismiss, as a matter of prosecutorial discretion, the allegations that the Washoe County Republican Party and Lynne Hartung in her official capacity as treasurer and the Washoe County Republican Central Committee violated 2 U.S.C. § 433(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.2(b) and issue a reminder letter to the Washoe County Republican Party. 2. Find no reason to believe that the Nevada Republican Party violated 2 U.S.C. § 433(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.2(b). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated May 22, 2013 subject to the editscirculated via email by the office of Chair Weintraub. 4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file.
