DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 6575: 1. Find no reason to believe that Lisa Buescher violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1)(A). 2. Find no reason to believe that Doug LaMalfa violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a)(1)(A) or 441a(f). 3. Find no reason to believe that the State of California violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1)(A). 4. Find no reason to believe that Doug LaMalfa Committee and David Bauer in his official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b) or 441a(f). 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated November 28, 2012. 6. Approve the appropriate letters. 7. Close the file
